Hong Kong-based OSL Group has launched AgentPay, a stablecoin payment system designed to let AI agents make payments on behalf of developers. OSL says the service is designed for automated, intent-based transactions and high-frequency, small-value payments between AI agents.
Developers can integrate AgentPay through an API and specify the payment amount, asset, and recipient. The system then handles routing, transaction signing and settlement.
AgentPay Supports USDT, USDC and USDGO
AgentPay is designed to support multiple stablecoins, including USDT, USDC and USDGO. USDGO is issued by Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., while OSL serves as its brand operator and distributor.
The service also works with payment protocols including x402, AP2 and MPP, allowing developers to connect AI agents through different payment standards. OSL lists eight main capabilities, including multi-asset routing, small-value payments, compatibility with multiple wallets and protocols, and a zero-gas-fee feature. The company’s launch announcement does not explain how underlying blockchain network costs are handled. Kevin Cui, executive director and CEO of OSL Group, said:
“Agentic Commerce is rapidly emerging, and we are proactively embracing Agentic AI to empower the massive wave of economic activity ahead.”
AgentPay Handles Stablecoin Settlement
OSL said open payment protocols can define how AI agents negotiate terms and authorize payments, but settlement still requires infrastructure for moving and converting funds. AgentPay is intended to handle that part of the transaction by connecting those protocols with OSL’s stablecoin settlement systems.
The service will also progressively integrate infrastructure from Banxa, which provides fiat on- and off-ramp services. OSL plans to integrate USDGO more closely with AgentPay as the service develops.
OSL Targets Developers Across Asia
OSL said AgentPay will initially work with developers across Asia to test payment scenarios and potential commercial uses. The company plans to expand the service toward enterprises and other participants in the AI-agent ecosystem over time.
AgentPay is available for developer API integration following its August 2026 launch. OSL has not announced transaction volumes or named commercial customers using the platform so far.
