Binance Sets July 3 NFT Withdrawal Deadline

Binance will stop supporting its current NFT service on Binance Exchange on July 3, giving users one month to move eligible NFTs to Binance Wallet or another compatible wallet. The withdrawal window opened on June 3 and closes on July 3.

Binance described the change as an upgrade that moves NFT management into Binance Wallet. Users who do not withdraw eligible NFTs before the deadline will lose access to them through the current Binance Exchange service.

Transferable NFTs Must Move Before July 3

Binance said users with transferable NFTs can withdraw them to Binance Wallet or another compatible wallet. Once moved, those NFTs can be managed on-chain and traded on platforms that support them.

The change shifts NFT access away from Binance’s centralized exchange interface and into wallet-based custody. Users need to act before the cutoff because Binance said NFTs left in the current service will no longer be accessible after the migration ends.

Non-Transferable NFTs Will Lose Exchange Access

The deadline creates a different outcome for non-transferable NFTs. Binance said those assets were coded as non-transferable from the start, which means users cannot move them to another wallet.

They will also become inaccessible through the current Binance Exchange service after July 3. Binance Academy course NFTs will be handled separately. Users who held non-transferable NFTs showing completion of Binance Academy courses will receive PDF certificates instead.

Binance Offers 1 USDC Withdrawal Refund

Binance is offering two withdrawal fee reimbursement promotions during the migration. One covers selected non-CR7 NFT withdrawals. Up to 100,000 users are eligible to receive 1 USDC for a qualifying withdrawal to Binance Wallet between June 3 and June 17.

A separate CR7 NFT reimbursement applies to qualifying withdrawals completed on BNB Smart Chain by July 3. Binance said reimbursements will be credited to eligible users’ spot accounts after the withdrawal process.

Bitcoin NFT Support Already Ended in 2024

The move further reduces Binance’s centralized NFT service after earlier product cuts. Binance had already ended support for Bitcoin NFTs in 2024.

The latest change gives users a July 3 deadline to move transferable NFTs and confirms that non-transferable NFTs will no longer be accessible through the current exchange service.
